What We Collect

Vizoguard collects only what is necessary to deliver and manage your license:

• Email address — for license delivery and support communication
• License key — to identify your subscription
• Device hardware ID — to bind your license to a single device
• Stripe customer and subscription IDs — for billing and subscription management

That is everything. There is nothing else.

What We Do Not Collect

Vizoguard does not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Browsing history
• DNS queries
• Traffic content
• IP addresses of visited sites
• Connection timestamps
• Bandwidth usage
• VPN session data

VPN: Strict No-Logs Policy

Vizoguard's VPN is powered by Outline Server, which does not log user traffic. We maintain a strict no-logs policy:

• No activity logs
• No connection logs
• No metadata logs

We cannot see what you browse, where you connect, or when you use the VPN. That data does not exist.

Data Storage

All account and license data is stored in a database on a Hostinger VPS located in Brazil. Data is encrypted at rest via filesystem encryption.

Third Parties

We share data with exactly two third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data directly. Vizoguard never sees or stores card numbers.
• Hostinger — email delivery via SMTP for license key delivery and support.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking on vizoguard.com to measure advertising effectiveness. No other analytics platforms, tracking pixels, or advertising networks are used.

Data Retention

License and account data is retained while your subscription is active. Data is deleted upon request. To request deletion, email support@vizoguard.com.

Cookies & Analytics

vizoguard.com uses Google Ads (gtag.js) for conversion measurement only. This helps us understand whether our advertising leads to subscriptions. Google may set cookies on your browser for this purpose.

We do not use analytics to track your browsing behavior, build user profiles, or serve retargeted ads. No other tracking pixels, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are used on this site.

You can opt out of Google Ads tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using your browser's cookie settings.

GDPR

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request a full export of your data or request its deletion. To exercise either right, email support@vizoguard.com and we will respond within 30 days.
