Service

Vizoguard is a product of PRIME360 HOLDING LTD. The platform provides AI-powered security software and an encrypted VPN service for desktop and mobile devices. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Plans

• Vizoguard Basic — $24.99/year. Encrypted VPN service with 100 GB/month bandwidth. Use on any device via the Outline app.
• Vizoguard Pro — $99.99/year. AI security suite and encrypted VPN for one device.

License

Basic: Your VPN access key may be used on any device via the Outline app. Bandwidth is limited to 100 GB per month. Pro: Your license binds to a specific device on first activation and is non-transferable. To transfer your Pro license, contact support@vizoguard.com.

Billing

All subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact support@vizoguard.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vizoguard for:

• Any illegal activity
• Network attacks, spam, or fraud via the VPN
• Sharing your license key or VPN access key with others
• Attempting to circumvent device binding or license restrictions

Service Availability

Vizoguard provides the service on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee a specific SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Vizoguard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizoguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Vizoguard reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
