Editorial Policy
Vizoguard publishes VPN, privacy, and cybersecurity content to help readers understand online protection, product tradeoffs, and security risks. Our editorial goal is to make claims that are specific, current, and testable.
How We Research
- We verify Vizoguard product information against live checkout, application behavior, server configuration, and internal release notes.
- We compare competitor pricing and product claims using publicly available plan pages, documentation, and published audits where available.
- We avoid presenting marketing claims as proven facts unless they are backed by documentation, testing, or a clearly stated source.
- We timestamp pages that are sensitive to price, platform support, policy changes, or security posture.
How We Review Content
Security and VPN pages are reviewed for accuracy, overclaiming, privacy implications, and pricing consistency before publication. Pages that mention logs, encryption, VPN protocols, leaks, malware blocking, phishing protection, or competitor comparisons receive an additional security review.
Commercial Independence
Vizoguard sells its own VPN and security product, so comparison pages may naturally include Vizoguard. We disclose practical tradeoffs and do not claim Vizoguard is best for every use case. For example, pages may state that a competitor has a larger server network, faster raw VPN throughput, more audited history, or broader streaming support where that is the fair comparison.
Corrections and Updates
If we find an error, stale price, broken link, or unsupported security claim, we correct it and update the page date where the change materially affects readers. Pricing and plan information are checked more frequently than evergreen educational content.
Use of Automation
Automation may be used for link checks, structured-data validation, duplicate detection, and translation consistency. Human review is required for security claims, privacy claims, product positioning, and final publication.
