About Vizoguard
Vizoguard is a privacy and security product built by a focused team at PRIME360 HOLDING LTD, registered in Malta, European Union. We have a clear opinion about what a security product should be — and a strong case for why ours is worth your attention.
This page explains who we are, why we built this, and what makes our approach different. No marketing language. Just the facts.
Why We Built Vizoguard
The problem with the security software market is not a lack of options. It is a lack of good options at a price that makes sense for normal people.
Most VPNs are just VPNs. They route your traffic through a server and hide your IP address. That is useful — but it does nothing about the phishing link in your email, the malicious JavaScript on a compromised website, or the AI-generated scam page that looks identical to your bank login. Hiding your location does not make the internet safer. It just makes one slice of it slightly more private.
On the other side of the market sit the full security suites — Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky. These products do a lot. They also cost a lot, install a lot of software on your machine, and often feel like they were designed for a corporate IT department rather than an individual user. The overhead, the upsells, the bloat — it adds up.
We saw a gap: a product that combines real VPN protection with active, AI-powered threat detection, priced at a level where it is not a luxury. Our answer is two tiers:
Vizoguard Basic — $49.99/yr. Full VPN protection. Shadowsocks protocol, AES-256/ChaCha20 encryption, no-logs policy, kill switch. Everything a solid VPN should do.
Vizoguard Pro — $149.99/yr. Everything in Basic, plus AI threat detection across 8 analysis vectors, phishing domain blocking, Privacy Autopilot, and self-healing protection. VPN plus active security — both in one lightweight app.
That is the whole pitch. No invented problems to justify more pricing tiers. Two plans, clear difference between them, priced honestly.
Who We Are
PRIME360 HOLDING LTD is a company registered in Malta, operating under EU law and data protection standards. Malta is a member of the European Union, which means we operate under GDPR — not under the data-sharing agreements of the United States, the United Kingdom, or countries in the 5/9/14 Eyes intelligence alliances.
We are a focused team. We move faster, make fewer compromises, and have zero organizational debt. Every line of code, every security decision, every customer interaction goes through people who built this product from the ground up.
One of the most common questions people ask a VPN provider is: how many servers do you have? The big names will throw out numbers like 6,000 or 3,000 servers. But more servers does not mean better servers. We operate private, high-speed nodes that are never oversold — no crowded infrastructure, no throttled connections. We add new regions based on user demand, not marketing pressure.
What we compensate with is security depth. Where large VPN providers compete on server count, we invest in the software layer — AI threat detection, phishing protection, connection monitoring, and self-healing protection that re-establishes your VPN session automatically if it drops. We are playing a different game, and we think it is the right one for a world where threats have evolved well beyond "someone can see my IP address."
Focused team, focused product. That is our operating philosophy and we intend to keep it that way.
What Makes Us Different
Honest comparison matters in this market. Here is how we see ourselves relative to the established players — not as marketing, but as a genuine positioning statement.
NordVPN has servers — thousands of them, spread across the globe, with optimized routes for streaming and gaming. That is not our focus. If geo-restricted streaming across dozens of countries is your primary need, a traditional VPN may be a better fit. What NordVPN does not give you is active security. Its apps connect you to a server and get out of your way. Vizoguard stays active — analyzing traffic, blocking malicious domains, alerting you to threats before they reach your browser.
ExpressVPN has speed. Their network is fast, their apps are polished, and their brand is well-established. They also charge $99.95/yr for the VPN alone — the same price we charge for VPN plus full AI security. If speed across many regions is what you need and budget is not a concern, ExpressVPN delivers. If you want more than a fast tunnel for the same money, Vizoguard is the better trade.
ProtonVPN has privacy — genuine, audited, structured-around-privacy privacy, built on a foundation of Swiss law and a decade of privacy advocacy. We respect what Proton has built. The difference is that Proton's security features stop at the connection layer. They protect your traffic in transit. We also protect you from what is on the other end — the phishing domains, the malicious scripts, the social engineering vectors that a VPN tunnel alone cannot stop.
We are, to our knowledge, the only VPN that blocks phishing domains before your browser loads them — evaluated at the connection level, not relying on browser extensions or third-party DNS filters that can be misconfigured or bypassed. That is not a marketing claim. It is an architectural choice we made at the design stage and built the product around.
Our Stack (For the Technically Curious)
We believe in being transparent about how the product is built. Here is a plain-language summary of our technical choices and why we made them.
- VPN Protocol Shadowsocks with AES-256-GCM and ChaCha20-IETF-Poly1305 ciphers. Shadowsocks was designed for censorship resistance — it obfuscates traffic to look like ordinary HTTPS, which means it works in restrictive network environments where standard VPN protocols are blocked. We use the Outline server implementation (open source, audited by Cure53).
- AI Security 8 analysis vectors for URL threat detection — domain age, WHOIS patterns, certificate anomalies, lexical analysis, known bad actor lists, redirect chain analysis, content fingerprinting, and behavioral scoring. The analysis runs on-device for Pro subscribers, which means your browsing history never leaves your machine to be evaluated.
- Desktop App Electron — macOS and Windows. We chose Electron for cross-platform consistency and rapid iteration. The app ships with a self-updating mechanism and an immune system architecture that detects tampering and restores clean state automatically.
- Mobile App Android, built in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose. Native Android VPN interface via the VpnService API. iOS is on the roadmap — we will ship it when it is done, not before.
- Backend Node.js with SQLite on a 4-vCPU server in a European datacenter. We use PM2 for process management, with cluster mode for zero-downtime deployments. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store card data. License keys are the only persistent identifier we hold.
- Monitoring Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for dashboards. We monitor server health, VPN connectivity, API response times, and error rates in real time. VPN health is checked every five minutes with automated alerting.
We are not trying to hide what we are built on. Open-source components where possible, audited implementations where security-critical, and a clean separation between what runs on your device and what runs on our server.
